Adding CTAs to Training pages like FAQs and others

Always have a next step on your training info pages

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) pages can be improved if they also have Call To Actions and other sections after your list of questions.

You probably have most of the basics for a good FAQ page:

  • A clear hero header with "FAQs" prominently displayed

  • Brand-relevant H1 title that communicates purpose

  • Welcoming introduction like "Here are the most frequently asked questions about our academy and coaching program"

  • Logically grouped questions (billing, access, technical support)

  • Concise, helpful answers that address prospect's concerns

  • Accordion-style animation that shows one answer at a time for better readability

But you may not be adding other next step options like:

  • A message section at the bottom to contact you if they don’t find the question or answer they are looking for.  It could be a direct embedded form where they send you a message and specify their name, email, and phone.  It could also be a section with various contact options like email, webform, chatbot, etc.

  • A next step is when users find the answer and are happy to move on.  You can offer a logical next step, like Order Now, Browse Courses, Join Now, Pick a Plan.  This can be an entire section with visuals like 3 cards with a title, photos, summary, action buttons.

  • You could include a search bar on the page if the answer wasn't found.  Or you could even have a little message box to remind visitors that they can use Control+F or Cmd+F to find stuff using the browser search feature.

  • Finally, when your users hit the bottom of the page, will they hit a dead end?  Or you can use a global footer with useful stuff depending on the buyer journey stage?  Like services, courses/community, socials, sign up for blog, pricing, etc.

So the key lesson here is don’t just end your pages with a dead end, always offer other options near the bottom of pages to keep users moving forward.  This applies to any training business with information pages, sales pages, blog pages, support pages, and so on.
