Use personal emails for better conversions.

When was the last time you checked the from email address you used to respond to sales, prospects and leads questions? Does it come across as warm and approachable, or distant and robotic?

For many course creators and trainers, whether you are selling courses, memberships, or coaching packages, the first connection often happens over email. And here’s the thing: people would much rather talk to a real person than some generic mailbox.

Here are a few tips to maximize your sales emails:

  • Are you sending responses from Sales@ or Info@? Switching to something like [email protected] makes a big difference in how your emails feel.

  • When prospects have questions, they want to feel like they are speaking with a human, not a system.  So slow down on the templated canned responses, and use shorter but real conversational answers.

  • Finally, you’re kinda famous to these leads.  Prospects will be excited to hear from you after they’ve watched your videos, listened to your podcast, and read your articles. 

To wrap up,  you don’t have to give up professionalism to be personal while also improving your sales conversion rate.  Do a couple of tests from another email to your company sales @ box, and check out the forwarding and test the responses when your reply from a name @ your company.
